This website
This site does not use advertising pixels, analytics scripts, account registration or tracking cookies. Page delivery through Cloudflare involves processing network information such as your IP address and HTTP request details for hosting and security. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Business inquiries may include organization, contact name, professional email, role, state, approximate participant count, request type and an optional message. Only provide business contact information; do not include operational, incident, personnel or criminal justice information. We use inquiry information to respond and discuss a requested demonstration, license or pilot.
When online submission is enabled, Cloudflare Pages validates the request and Cloudflare Turnstile checks for spam. A secret-protected Google Apps Script relay sends the inquiry through our existing Google Workspace account to the appropriate SixPoint business address. A keyed, pseudonymous connection identifier and short-lived counters limit abuse; the raw IP address is not included in the email. Counter windows last up to an hour; expired entries are removed on later requests. No inquiry text is stored in those counters. Mail is retained in business mailboxes to handle the inquiry and follow-up; contact us to request access or deletion, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations. We do not use these inquiries to enroll you in a marketing list.
The email-draft fallback prepares a message locally and sends nothing until you send from your email app. We do not save form drafts in browser storage. Website submission confirmation means the mail service accepted the request, not that a recipient has read it. Online delivery is available only when enabled on the contact page; otherwise use direct email. See Google’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy for their services.
Location and the app
SixPoint uses device location during a session you start to calculate street references, relative position and coordinates. Ending the session stops app-requested live tracking. Use My Location requests a temporary GPS fix for area selection. Demo mode uses simulated positions.
Street-reference calculations run on your device. Saved street packs and preferences are stored locally. A saved pack can reveal an area you selected. The app does not sell location data and contains no advertising or analytics SDKs. Removing the app removes its local data.
Map services and approximate location
Apple Maps, area search and address lookup may send location, search and map requests to Apple. Street coverage downloads send geographic bounds to the SixPoint map-data service hosted by Cloudflare and to NextGIS for OpenStreetMap road data. The service caches map responses and uses network information, including IP addresses, to limit requests. If unavailable, the app may request the same bounds from Overpass DE, Private.coffee or VK Maps.
During an unlocked live shift in versions supporting automatic coverage, nearby bounds can be derived from your current GPS position when saved or local iPhone metro coverage is unavailable. Those requests can reveal approximate location. The app does not upload a continuous GPS route. Automatic coverage updates stop when the shift ends. Preparation from installed iPhone metro data runs locally without a road-data request.
Apple Watch and purchases
Apple Watch Connectivity transfers a smaller local street-reference subset from iPhone to your paired Watch. Full regional packages remain on iPhone. That area transfer does not transmit a continuous live patrol location. Apple processes purchases, subscription eligibility and verified transactions; payment-card details are not available to SixPoint.
Your controls and inquiries
Manage location permissions in device Settings, end active sessions to stop tracking, and manage subscriptions in Apple Account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Contact support@sixpointpatrol.com with privacy questions or requests about information you have sent us. Do not include sensitive records in an initial request. The in-app privacy notice and Apple’s purchase terms also apply.
