Include your app version, build number, device model and OS version when contacting support. Describe what happened and any error message.
Do not send arrestee information, case details, credentials, sensitive operational information or your live location. Remove sensitive details from screenshots.
Coverage & setup
What does “offline coverage” include?
Saved road and junction references work within the saved local bounds. Map imagery, address lookup, search and new downloads are separate and may require internet. An installed metro package is a source for local-area preparation; it does not guarantee complete city coverage.
How do I select or change an area?
On iPhone, use Change Area or Saved Patrol Areas from Home. On Watch, use Change Area and expand a Previously Saved city group, or browse the metro regions. Review the area before starting a live shift.
What happens when I leave the area?
In builds with automatic coverage enabled, an unlocked live shift checks for suitable saved coverage and prepares nearby coverage as you move. iPhone uses local metro data when available; otherwise a download needs internet. Updates can fail or take time. References outside loaded bounds remain unavailable until coverage is ready. Unlock a locked reference to resume automatic switching. Check your installed app version if these controls differ.
How do I use my iPhone area on Watch?
Save the local area on iPhone, choose Send Local Area to Apple Watch, and wait for a saved receipt. Select the received area on Watch. Full regional packages stay on iPhone; Watch receives a smaller local subset.
GPS & references
Why is my location stale or uncertain?
Check location permission in device Settings, refresh GPS, and wait for a fresh, accurate fix. Buildings and other conditions can affect GPS. Do not treat an uncertain or stale readout as a confirmed location.
Does NORTH OF mean my travel direction?
No. It describes position relative to the mapped reference. Moving direction is a separate value and is shown only when GPS course is usable. A nearby crossing does not establish a legal or connected turn.
Subscriptions & access
Where do I manage or restore a subscription?
Use Restore Purchases in the app for a previous purchase on the same Apple Account. Manage or cancel through Apple subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Apple displays pricing, renewal terms and any eligible trial at purchase.
